Cabin Fever Patient Zero also known as Cabin Feveror Cabin FeverPatient Zero is a 2014 American science fiction horror film directed by Kaare Andrews and written by Jake Wade Wall. Starring Sean Astin, Jillian Murray, Currie Graham, and Lydia Hearst, the film is the third installment in the Cabin Fever franchise and acts as a prequel to the previous two films.

When four friends on a bachelor party boat ride land on the island, two of them are infected by swimming in the contaminated water. Searching for help, they make their way to the science lab but find everyone inside infected or dead. The remaining survivors, Marcus and Camila leave the island with Porter. Tricking them into drinking contaminated water and destroying the motor, following with an unknown ending.. Porter is the only person to leave the island in the end, heading towards a beachside town with a sardonic smile...Cabin Fever Patient Zero received mostly negative reviews from critics. Review aggregator website Rotten Tomatoes gives the film arating based onreviews. On Metacritic, the film has aout of 100 rating based oncritics, indicating generally unfavorable reviews. ........
